民航资源网2023年10月31日消息：据越通社消息，为集中资源保障年底稳定运营，越竹航空(Bamboo Airways)调整了从今至2024年3月30日的国内、国际航班的运营计划。

具体，越竹航空保持河内-胡志明市、河内-岘港、胡志明市-岘港；以及连接海防、荣市、清化、洞海、顺化、芽庄、大叻、归仁、昆岛等航线的稳定运营。

对于国际航线，越竹航空将从2023年11月4日起停止运营胡志明市至悉尼/墨尔本、胡志明市/河内至法兰克福、胡志明市至新加坡等航线；从2023年11月8日起停止运营河内至曼谷、成田、台北等航线；从2023年11月21日起停止运营胡志明市至曼谷航线。

此前，自2023年10月起，该航空公司已暂时停止运营河内-伦敦盖特威克、河内–仁川等航线。

对于受影响的旅客，越竹航空承诺将保障其合法权益；包括为旅客免费改期或退款等。

对于非调整的航线，越竹航空仍正常运营，确保旅客获得顺畅的服务体验。旅客可以通过网站、手机应用程序在线购票，也可以直接到售票处、官方代理商处购票。

越竹航空将持续在其网站、粉丝专页等官方信息渠道更新航班时刻表，以便乘客关注并主动安排航班。
