民航资源网2023年11月14日消息：据中荷商报报道，在多家美国航司因史基浦机场可用起飞和着陆时刻减少而受到影响后，美国当局正在考虑采取“报复”措施。

最近的事态发展是，美国捷蓝航空2024年在史基浦机场的航班时刻被拒绝，导致该航空公司在航班2024年开始几个月后就停止了在史基浦机场的运营。

捷蓝航空被禁止往返史基浦机场

该航空公司总部位于纽约长岛市，拥有285架飞机，为104个目的地提供服务。该航空公司成立于2000年，专注于往返波士顿、劳德代尔堡、洛杉矶、纽约肯尼迪机场、纽约拉瓜迪亚、纽瓦克、奥兰多和圣胡安等主要枢纽的航班，在8月份将其航线扩展至纽约、波士顿和阿姆斯特丹之间。

在扩展时，捷蓝航空首席执行官罗宾·海耶斯表示，纽约至阿姆斯特丹航线“早就应该进行一些竞争了”。

作为荷兰政府为减少机场周围乃至整个荷兰的（噪音）污染而做出的努力的一部分，史基浦机场从2024年的航班时刻表中削减了数千个航班，捷蓝航空的所有航班时刻从列表中消失。

捷蓝航空、达美航空对荷兰发起法律和政治挑战

除捷蓝航空外，其他美国航空公司也受到了航班时刻削减的影响。达美航空也失去了大量的起降班次，他们打算对荷兰机场采取法律行动。

捷蓝航空更进一步，要求美国交通当局考虑禁止荷航飞往纽约，以作为报复行为。该航空公司已在美国对荷兰和欧盟提出正式投诉，称“荷兰政府公然违反了美国-欧盟航空运输协议”，并补充说此举实质上禁止了新人进入荷兰市场。

美国交通部已要求荷兰航空公司（包括荷航、泛航航空和货运巨头马丁航空等知名航空公司）在荷兰政府与欧盟于11月13日就此事进行讨论之前尽快通报其航班时刻表。
