综合外媒报道，当地时间11月1日，土耳其航空表示，其系统故障导致所有从伊斯坦布尔出发的航班取消，目前运营已恢复正常。据Simpleflying消息，截至当地时间11月1日22点25分，土耳其航空共有136个航班取消和237个航班延误。土耳其航空发言人叶海亚·乌斯顿对此表示：“不存在与网络攻击相关的问题。”此前，土耳其航空在社交媒体上表示，由于系统技术故障，公司取消晚上7点至10点之间从伊斯坦布尔出发的所有航班。

该公司表示，将赔偿与住宿、票务退款等因航班取消而产生的所有相关费用。

有乘客表示，多个航班突然中断，机场陷入混乱。此外，航空公司已安排受影响乘客入住伊斯坦布尔酒店。

据土耳其航空发言人叶海亚·乌斯顿表示，11月1日航司系统故障现已修复，运营正在逐渐恢复正常。据网友爆料，北京、上海和广州飞土耳其伊斯坦布尔航班也因此受影响，大批乘客在机场等待。
