民航资源网2023年11月2日消息：综合外媒报道，当地时间11月1日，马来西亚航空委员会宣布，暂停廉航MYAirline的航空服务许可证（ASL）。该委员会在声明中指出，根据《2015年马来西亚航空委员会法令》第43(1)条文，这项决定立即生效。

马来西亚航空委员会于2023年10月13日要求MYAirline提交书面声明，解释航司突然暂停营运的原因。

马来西亚航空委员会指出：“该委员会在文告中表示，在上月27日时接收到MYAirline的书面陈述。在审查了该书面陈述后，因该航空公司在陈述上与要求并不相符，所以马来西亚航空委员会决定暂停MYAirline的航空服务许可证。”

马来西亚航空委员会执行主席指出，尽管该委员会高度考量了对MYAirline撤销航空服务许可证，但这可能会导致航司停止向受影响的乘客支付退款。

MYAirline于2021年11月1日成立，2022年1月24日获马来西亚政府批准营运。10月12日，这家航司突然停运停飞，受影响乘客预估多达12.5万人。
